Where do your products come from?

Everything we sell is grown, harvested, or made at our family farm in Muzaffargarh. Nothing is outsourced – we handpick, prepare and pack every order ourselves.

Are your products 100% natural?

Yes. Our honey, desi ghee, pickles, chutneys and seeds are made using traditional methods with no artificial additives or preservatives.

Do you deliver across Pakistan?

Yes, Shafay Farms delivers nationwide. Orders are dispatched from Muzaffargarh and typically arrive within 3-4 working days, depending on your city.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as bank transfer. Payment details are shown at checkout.

Can I return a product?

Because our products are perishable food items, we’re unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right. See our Refund and Returns Policy for details.

How should I store the products?

Honey and desi ghee can be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Pickles and chutneys should be kept in a cool, dry place, and refrigeration after opening is recommended for the pickles to stay fresh longer.
